 The website – www.thalini.com ("Website"), the thalini mobile application ("App") (together referred to as the "Website") are made available by SWITCH 2 ORGANIC VENTURES (“Firm”), the owner of the Website thalini.com and has created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) to demonstrate its firm commitment to protect the information submitted by the User while using the Website. This Privacy Policy is published pursuant to Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPI Rules”) and any other applicable law being in force.
