2) What cities and locations do you operate in?
thālini is currently operating in Chennai City's selected pin-codes.
3) Do you deliver to my location?
We deliver in select localities across the cities we are present in. You can edit your location settings to check if we could deliver in your area.
4) What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is upwards of INR 300/- and /or as determined by SWITCH 2 ORGANIC VENTURES.
5) Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?
No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do charge a delivery fee or other special fees determined and based on the business circumstances.
6) When can I expect delivery of my order?
At thālini we are committed to serve you at the earliest. The delivery time is normally indicated during the ordering process and could take up to 2 working days. For any delivery outside chennai it may take 4 to 5 working days. For any International delivery on specific request and approval from the company may take 15 to 20 days.
7)Are there any taxes?
All our prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Service Tax but may vary with any other levies or taxes (if applicable) and will be indicated so on the Website/App.
8) Do you offer refunds?
Please note that orders once packed cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment. Please review your order carefully before submission. However, if your order has arrived damaged or with wrong items, you can raise your concerns by reaching out to us at the time of delivery on +919840012500. The refund will normally reach you within 5 to 7 working days but is subject to the technical requirements and terms of the refund enabler.
9) Can I pre-book an order?
No …Not at this point of time but in future it may be enabled.
10) Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.
11) What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments through all major credit & debit cards, NEFT, Pay TM Wallet, all major e payment brands, cash on delivery and card payment on delivery is also possible (if enabled at the time). The payment has to be made in India Rupees, as per the final invoice.
